This ongoing coaching program helps learners overcome procrastination and inconsistency by training both cognitive strategy and the subconscious patterns behind action- so starting and following through become more natural and reliable.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Students who:
Are bright but struggle to start of complete work
Procrastinate, resist or shut down around school tasks.
Struggle with stressors (fears, phobias)
Struggle with ADHD symptoms or other focus issues
Experience cycles of intense effort followed by burnout
Need more than reminders, pressure or consequences
Want a more natural, less effortful way to take action
THE WORK
The Momentum Lab trains both levels of your system.
1.Coaching (practical support)
I coach systems to break assignments into manageable steps, tools to plan in a way that actually works for their brain, and strategies to reduce overwhelm and shutdown.
2. Subconscious training (automatic level)
Guided “Neural Resets” through visualization and gentle clinical hypnotherapy are built into sessions. These are short, structured, kid safe exercises that help the brain settle and start. They reduce resistance and overthinking and make it easier to begin tasks without an internal or external fight. Over time these visualizations can reprogram the student away from anxiety and overwhelm and toward ease, self regulation and ultimately self trust.
HOW IT WORKS
This is an ongoing monthly partnership.
Each week, your student will:
Work 1:1 coaching session with me (50 minutes)
Bring real assignments or challenges
Practice starting tasks during the session
Guided visualization and hypnotherapy that focuses on current, real-world challenges or blocks and will help the student learn how to get unstuck in the moment.
The work is very practical- not just talking.
