Everything You Need to Know Before You Start Coaching

Have questions about how our coaching works? You’re in the right place. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions about our services, session formats, coaching focus areas, and how we support individuals, families, and professionals.
How long is a coaching session?

This depends on you and your needs. We have a weekly offering of 50 minutes of coaching every week or every other week. We also have a Concierge Service offering that includes 50 minutes of coaching every week plus daily check-ins. Additionally, we have laser coaching that includes short coaching sessions every week plus check-ins throughout the week. We live such busy lives— we like to find the rhythm that works for you.

We begin with either a three month or six month engagement and thereafter we proceed month-to-month

We coach via zoom or on the phone.
Yes. We have coaches with different specializations and we maintain a balanced client roster.

Not necessarily. When one or more members of a family are neurodivergent, we consider that family a Neurodiverse Family.

All family members should be introduced to the coaching systems and tools so that they too can help family members become more accountable, but only the parents need participate to start. Later, greater participation from the neurodivergent child and siblings is encouraged, but the needs of each family will vary.

We first coach parents together or individually. Later, some sessions are reserved for family coaching— we can coach both parents and the child together, or, when appropriate, coach the child directly.
Yes. We have a trusted circle of doctors, therapists, coaches, and practitioners to support a neurodivergent client. We are based in Laurel Canyon in Los Angeles- most of our network is based in Los Angeles, though many practitioners have reach outside of California.
